Keto Spiced Beef Patties (makes 10–12)
Ingredients
2 lb ground beef (80/20 for best flavor)
2 large eggs
½ cup grated Parmesan or ⅓ cup almond flour
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ small onion, grated (optional, adds ~1g carb per patty)
2 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
2 Tbsp olive oil or ghee, for frying
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix beef, eggs, Parmesan/almond flour, garlic, onion (if using), parsley, and spices until just combined—don’t overmix.
Shape into 10–12 small patties.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high. Cook patties 4–5 minutes per side until browned and cooked through (internal temp 160°F/71°C).
Rest 3 minutes. Garnish with extra parsley and serve.

Tips
For Mediterranean flavor, add ½ tsp cinnamon + mint.
