1½ cups diced yellow onion
1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves plus
2 tsp salt chicken bouillon seasoning
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
3 cups rotisserie chicken white meat
15 oz frozen peas & carrots
21 oz cream of chicken with herbs soup
3 cups unsalted chicken stock
16 oz potato gnocchi

CRACK CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP:
1 medium carrot
½ small yellow onion
1 stalk of celery
1 tbsp salted butter
8 oz thin spaghetti vermicelli
4 oz cream cheese
½ cup heavy cream
2 cups cheddar cheese
1 oz packet Ranch seasoning
2 cups chopped rotisserie
1 lb bacon
Fresh parsley
Salt and pepper

CHEESEBURGER SOUP:
2 tbsp cooking oil
2 stalks celery chopped
1 large carrot shredded
½ onion chopped
1 pound ground beef
1½ tsp garlic salt
1 tsp Italian seasoning
4 cups beef broth

2 7.5 oz canned buttermilk biscuits
