Bubblegum Cloud Fudge

Ingredients:

- 2 cups granulated sugar

- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 teaspoon bubblegum flavoring
- Pink food coloring (optional)
- 1/2 cup chopped bubblegum-flavored candy or gumdrops (optional)

Directions:

1. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
2. In a medium heavy-bottomed saucepan, combine sugar, butter, evaporated milk, and salt.
3. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture comes to a full rolling boil.
4. Boil for about 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent burning.
5. Remove from heat and immediately stir in the white chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
6. Quickly fold in the mini marshmallows, bubblegum flavoring, and food coloring if using.
7. If desired, fold in the chopped bubblegum-flavored candy or gumdrops for added texture.
8. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly with a spatula.
9. Let cool at room temperature until set, about 2 hours, then cut into squares.
