🇮🇹 Italian Orzo al Limone
Light and citrusy orzo pasta dish.
Ingredients
Orzo pasta: 200 g
Lemon juice: 2 tbsp
Olive oil: 1 tbsp
Parsley: 1 tbsp, chopped
Salt and pepper: to taste
Instructions
1️⃣ Boil orzo pasta in salted water until tender.
2️⃣ Drain and transfer to a bowl.
3️⃣ Mix with olive oil and lemon juice.
4️⃣ Season with salt and pepper.
5️⃣ Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
