Ingredients:
1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
2 ripe pears, thinly sliced
1 wheel of brie cheese, thinly sliced
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Directions:
Preheat & Prep:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly grease a muffin tin or line it with parchment paper.
Prepare Pears:
