Ingredients
For the Graham Cracker Crust:
1 Β½ cups graham cracker crumbs
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
For the Key Lime Filling:
1 cup cold heavy cream
12 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
Β½ cup freshly squeezed key lime juice (or regular lime juice)
For the Topping:
Β½ cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons confectioner's sugar
Lime zest (for garnish)
Instructions
1οΈβ£ Prepare the Graham Cracker Crust:
In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until fully blended.
Use your fingers to ensure an even mix. Set the mixture aside.

In a food processor, whip the cold heavy cream until it thickens and holds its shape. Be careful not to over-whip.
Add the cream cheese, breaking it into chunks as you add it. Process until smooth.
