Air Fryer Stuffed Pickles
Ingredients:
4 large pickles
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup real beef bacon bits
Directions:
Prepare the Filling:
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, ranch seasoning, shredded cheddar cheese, and beef bacon bits.
Mix well until fully incorporated.
Hollow Out the Pickles:
Slice each pickle in half lengthwise.
Using a small spoon, scoop out the centers to create space for the filling.
Stuff the Pickles:
Evenly distribute the cream cheese mixture into each hollowed-out pickle, packing it in tightly.
Air Fry the Pickles:
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Place the stuffed pickles in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook for about 8 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
