Don’t miss this homemade Noodles Recipe!

Making your own noodles is way better than store bought. It takes time but it’s worth it. Love how it turns out. Video will be posted soon.

1. Rice Noodles:
2 cups rice flour
1/2 cup tapioca flour
2 cups warm water
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon oil
Steps:
In a large bowl, combined flour, salt, water and oil. Mix well until the batter is smooth.
Prepare a steamer rack and add water to boil. Once it boil, add a plate or baking dish to steam the batter. Use 1/3 cup to scopp the batter and steam for 3 minutes. Repeat the process till done. Now, you can slice the noodles on your desired size.

1. Egg Noodles:
2 cups flour
3 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt

Steps:
In a lage bowl, combine the flour, eggs and salt. Mix well till combined. Roll into a flat surface. Flatten the dough for about as thin as you can. Then, using a pizza cutter, slice the dough in thin strips.
Sprinkle extra flour for dusting.
To use: add noodles into a boiling water to cook. Let it cook for 3 minutes and ready to use in your stirfry.

3. Udon Noodles:
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup tapioca flour
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup warm water
