Decadent White Chocolate Cherry Garcia Fudge Bites

Ingredients:
2 cups white chocolate chips
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped maraschino cherries (well-drained and patted dry)
1/2 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal.
In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir continuously until the chips melt completely and the mixture is smooth.
Remove the pan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
Gently fold in the chopped maraschino cherries and mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until fully set.
Once chilled, lift the fudge out using the parchment overhang and cut into small squares.
