🌽Cheesy Creamed Corn Bake🧀
Ingredients:
2 cans whole kernel corn (drained)
1 can cream-style corn
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
4 oz cream cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt cream cheese and sour cream together until smooth.
3. Stir in both corn varieties, season with salt and pepper.
4. Pour mixture into a baking dish and top with shredded cheddar.
5. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
