Salmon Sashimi with Black Caviar
Ingredients:
- 200g Fresh salmon fillet
- 50g Black caviar
- Handful of microgreens
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- Pinch of sea salt
- 50ml Soy sauce
Directions:
1. Slice the fresh salmon into thin sashimi pieces and arrange them neatly on a plate.
2. Drizzle the salmon with lemon juice and sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over it.
3. Add black caviar on top and garnish with microgreens.
4. Serve with soy sauce on the side for dipping.
