🥕1 pound bag of baby carrots, sliced in half lengthwise
🥕4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil (¼ cup)
🥕1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning, divided in half
🥕1 teaspoon of kosher salt, divided in half
🥕½ teaspoon of fresh cracked black pepper
🥕2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese (optional garnish)
🥕2 teaspoons of fresh chopped parsley (optional garnish)
