Sweet and tangy Raspberry Vinaigrette
So excited to share this recipe with you all. It turns out delicious and my family loves it. It is sweet and tangy. Perfect for your salad or marinade!
Recipe:
1 cup fresh raspberry
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup vinegar (I use red wine vinegar)
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
In a large cup, add all the ingredients. Using an immersion blender or food processor, blends it until creamy. Ready to use or chill in refrigerator up to 3 days. Enjoy!
