Carpaccio di Polpo 🇮🇹
A delicate octopus carpaccio with olive oil and lemon! 🐙🍋
Ingredients:
• 500g octopus
• 50ml olive oil
• 1 lemon
• 1 tbsp capers
• 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
Instructions:
1️⃣ Boil octopus until tender, then chill.
2️⃣ Slice thinly and arrange on a plate.
3️⃣ Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, and capers.
4️⃣ Garnish with parsley and enjoy! 🍽️🐙
