Crockpot Pierogi Casserole With Kielbasa
Ingredients
Frozen pierogies
Kielbasa (sliced)
Cream of mushroom soup
Cheddar cheese
Sour cream
Chicken broth
Onion (optional)
Butter (optional)
Instructions
Grease the crockpot and layer the frozen pierogies at the bottom.
Add sliced kielbasa on top.
In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, cheddar cheese, sour cream, and chicken broth until smooth.
Pour the mixture over the pierogies and kielbasa.
Optionally, sauté onions in butter and add to the crockpot.
Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, until heated through and bubbly.
