These were the best pork chops I have eaten in a long time. So moist and tender, and the flavors were amazing!
4 bone-in pork chops (about 1 inch thick)
Salt and black pepper
1 tsp paprika
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp fresh rosemary (or 1/2 tsp dried)
1 tsp fresh thyme (or 1/2 tsp dried)
Optional: lemon slices for garnish
Directions:
Pat pork chops dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear pork chops for 4–5 minutes on each side until golden and internal temp reaches 145°F (63°C). Remove and let rest.
Reduce heat to medium. Add butter, garlic, rosemary, and thyme to the pan. Stir until fragrant (1–2 minutes).
Return pork chops to the pan, spooning garlic butter over them.
Serve with your favorite sides and a lemon wedge if desired.
