Keto Orange Cake (Low-Carb & Sugar-Free)
Ingredients
2 cups almond flour
¼ cup coconut flour
1 tbsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
½ cup powdered erythritol or allulose (sweetener)
4 large eggs, room temperature
½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or coconut milk)
1 tsp orange extract (or 1 tbsp orange zest for natural flavor)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional Orange Glaze
½ cup powdered erythritol
2 tbsp heavy cream (or almond milk for lighter version)
½ tsp orange extract (or zest)
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Batter
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a round cake pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl, whisk almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
In another large bowl, beat butter and sweetener until fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, then mix in orange extract and vanilla.
Gradually add dry ingredients, alternating with almond milk, until smooth.
Step 2: Bake
Pour batter into the prepared pan.
Bake 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool completely before glazing.
Step 3: Optional Glaze
Mix powdered erythritol, cream, and orange extract/zest until smooth.
Drizzle over the cooled cake.
