Classic Italian Meatballs
🛒 Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
½ cup breadcrumbs
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
2 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 tbsp olive oil (for frying)
2 cups marinara sauce
👩🍳 Directions:
Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning until well combined.
Shape the mixture into 1½-inch meatballs.
Heat olive oil in the skillet and add the meatballs. Cook for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides.
Pour marinara sauce over the meatballs, cover, and let simmer for 10-15 minutes until cooked through.
Garnish with extra parsley and serve with spaghetti or crusty bread.
