Ingredients
1. Philly Cheesesteak
1 package Hawaiian rolls
2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
1 pound steak, thinly sliced
½ large onion, thinly sliced and divided
1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
8 slices provolone cheese
3 tablespoons butter, melted
2½ teaspoons concentrated beef stock

2. Ham & Cheese
12 sweet Hawaiian rolls
¼ cup butter, melted
1 pound ham, thinly sliced
12 slices Swiss cheese (8-ounce package)
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
½ tablespoon onion, dried minced
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

3. Bacon Cheeseburger
1 pound ground beef crumbled
1 teaspoon minced garlic
½ teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon dried onion flakes
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
3 ounces cream cheese cut into small cubes
½ cup barbecue sauce
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
1 to 2 packages Hawaiian rolls may not use all; I used 1½ packages to fill a 9×13
2 cups cheddar cheese grated
1 pound bacon cooked and crumbled
½ cup salted butter melted
1 to 2 tablespoons sesame seeds

4. Buffalo Chicken
3 cups chicken, shredded
¾ cup buffalo sauce
7 tablespoons butter, divided into 3 tablespoons and 4 tablespoons
1 package Hawaiian Rolls
½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
¼ cup blue cheese crumbles
2½ tablespoons ranch seasoning (from a ranch dressing seasoning packet)

5. Cheesy Pizza
12 count Hawaiian rolls
2½ cups shredded mozzarella, divided 1 cup and 1½ cup
¾ cup pizza sauce
20 slices deli-style dry-cured pepperoni,
⅓ cup salted sweet cream butter, melted
2 tablespoons grated parmesan
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

6. Breakfast
½ cup salted butter, divided
10 large eggs
16 pack Hawaiian rolls
15 cooked breakfast sausages, do not need to be preheated
10 large slices of cheddar cheese, about ¾ pound, divided in half (you will need about 5 slices per layer)
¼ cup pure maple syrup
