Garlic Shrimp Pasta
Ingredients:
1 lb medium shrimp, deveined and tails removed
1 lb spaghetti noodles (adjust for family size)
6–8 garlic cloves, minced (adjust to taste)
1/4 cup butter
Olive oil (about 3 drizzles)
Italian seasoning, to taste
Fresh ground pepper, to taste
Red pepper flakes, to taste
Salt, to taste
Fresh herbs, to taste (optional)
Directions:
Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
Add shrimp to the skillet, season with Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes, and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and just cooked through.
Reduce heat, add butter, and stir until melted and combined.
Toss cooked spaghetti into the skillet and coat well with the garlic butter sauce.
Adjust seasoning if needed and garnish with fresh herbs or Parmesan cheese, if desired.
Serve warm and enjoy!
