Easy Chocolate Crescents
Ingredients
8 ounces refrigerated crescent rolls (8 crescents)
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
½ cup mini chocolate chips
Powdered sugar (optional, for dusting)
Instructions
1. Preheat and Prepare
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Assemble the Crescents
Gently open the crescent roll can and unroll the dough. Separate the crescents.
In a small bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon.
Sprinkle ½ teaspoon of the cinnamon-sugar mixture over each crescent roll.
Add 1 tablespoon of mini chocolate chips on top and gently press them into the dough.
3. Roll and Bake
Roll up each crescent, starting from the wide end, and pinch the seam closed to keep the filling inside.
Place the rolled crescents on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and fully cooked.
