Big Mac Sliders
Ingredients:
- For the Patties:
- 1 pound ground beef (80/20 blend)
- Salt and pepper
- Optional: onion powder or garlic powder for extra flavor
- For the Sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons French dressing
- 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- Other Fillings:
- Slider buns or small sandwich buns
- Lettuce, shredded
- Pickle slices
- Finely chopped onions
- American cheese slices (cut into small squares)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Sauce: Mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl until well combined. Set aside.
2. Cook the Patties:
- Divide the ground beef into small portions and form into thin mini patties.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook each patty in a skillet over medium-high heat until brown and cooked through (about 2-3 minutes per side).
3. Assemble the Sliders:
- Lightly toast the buns if desired.
- Spread the special sauce on the bottom buns.
- Place a lettuce leaf and a cooked patty on each bottom bun.
- Add a small slice of cheese on top of each patty.
- Add pickles and chopped onions.
- Spread more sauce on the top bun and place it on top.
4. Serve: Arrange on a platter and enjoy your homemade Big Mac sliders!
