Creamy Mushroom and Beef Noodle Bake
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 2 cups cooked egg noodles
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a baking dish.
2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
3. Add the mushrooms and onions to the skillet and cook until softened.
4. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and sour cream until well combined.
5. In a large bowl, mix together the cooked noodles and beef mixture. Transfer to the prepared baking dish.
6. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
8. Serve hot and enjoy!
