Salmon Patties who eats them?😋😋😋
I use 1 can pink salmon...1 egg...1 Tbs flour....crushed saltine crackers ( use ur judgement about how many. I use a stack pack or more)
Mix all together....let it set for about 5 minutes....
Form into patties....
Fry in hot oil until browned, flip over
and brown other side.
Drain on paper towels.
