Pinch of salt
For the Baked Apples:

1 apple, sliced thinly
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 tablespoon maple syrup
For the Topping:

2 tablespoons almond butter
2 tablespoons maple syrup
Instructions:

Make the Overnight Oats: In a jar or container, combine oats, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Stir well. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Prepare the Apples: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss apple slices with cinnamon, nutmeg, and 1 tablespoon maple syrup. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until tender and slightly caramelized.
Assemble the Bowls: Divide the overnight oats into bowls. Top with baked apples. Drizzle with almond butter and maple syrup.
