Ingredients
For the Bowl:

π₯ Eggs: 2 (soft or hard-boiled)

For the Hummus:
π₯£ Hummus: 1/2 cup (store-bought or homemade)
For the Dressing:
π’οΈ Olive oil: 1 tbsp
π Lemon juice: 1 tbsp

Directions
Prepare the Eggs:
Boil the eggs to your desired doneness (soft-boiled: ~6 minutes, hard-boiled: ~10 minutes). Peel and slice in half.
Make the Salad:
In a bowl, combine cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and parsley. Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper. Toss to combine.
Cook the Halloumi:
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the halloumi slices and fry for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
Assemble the Bowl:
In each bowl, arrange the salad, a few slices of halloumi, half the boiled egg, and a dollop of hummus.
Add a piece of crusty bread or pita on the side and sprinkle the bowl with sesame seeds or zaβatar for garnish.
