Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs πŸ”πŸ˜

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef (or ground turkey/plant-based meat)
1 small onion, finely diced
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
4 tbsp butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (or 1 tsp dried parsley)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and diced onion until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat.

Stir in garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Let the mixture cool slightly, then mix in shredded cheddar cheese.

Separate the biscuit dough and flatten each round into a 4-inch circle.

Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the beef and cheese mixture into the center of each circle. Fold the dough around the filling and pinch to seal completely.

Place the sealed side down on the prepared baking sheet.

In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley. Brush each bomb generously with the garlic butter mixture.

Sprinkle the tops with grated Parmesan cheese.

Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

Serve warm, with dipping sauce if desired.
