Easy One-Pot Mongolian Beef Ramen with Ground Beef

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
2 packs of ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
1 cup beef broth
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp minced ginger
1 cup broccoli florets
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1/4 cup chopped cilantro for garnish
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Brown the Beef: In a large skillet or pot over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned. Drain any excess grease to avoid a greasy sauce.
Add Aromatics: Stir in the minced garlic and ginger. Cook for about 1 minute until fragrant, stirring frequently.
Make the Sauce: Pour in the beef broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil. Stir well and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
Add Noodles & Broccoli: Break the ramen noodles in half if needed and add them to the pot along with the broccoli florets. Cover and cook for 3–4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the noodles are tender and the broccoli is just cooked.
Finish with Green Onions: Stir in the sliced green onions and toss everything together to coat in the flavorful sauce.
Serve: Remove from heat, garnish with chopped cilantro, and serve immediately while hot.
