- 1 cup granulated sugar
- Β½ cup light corn syrup
- ΒΌ cup water
- Gel food coloring (optional, for fun candy colors)
- Candy thermometer
- Toothpicks or skewers

1. Prep the grapes:
β Wash grapes and dry completely.
β Insert a toothpick or skewer into each grape and place on a parchment-lined tray.
2. Make the candy coating:
β In a small saucepan, combine sugar, corn syrup, and water. Stir gently.
β Attach a candy thermometer and cook over medium heat without stirring until it reaches 300Β°F (hard crack stage).
