Ground Beef Grilled Cheese Sandwich 🍔
Try this delicious twist on a classic sandwich!
📋 Ingredients
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 slices of bread (your choice)
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
📝 Instructions
1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked, breaking it apart as it cooks. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
3. On the unbuttered side of two slices of bread, place a portion of the cooked ground beef.
4. Top with the remaining slices of bread, buttered side facing out.
5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the sandwiches in the pan. Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side, pressing down gently.
6. Once both sides are golden and the cheese (if added) is melted, remove from heat, slice, and serve.
