4 large eggs

1 tbsp butter

1 tbsp fresh parsley or chives, chopped (for garnish)

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for a slight kick)

Instructions
Prepare the steak bites:
In a bowl, toss the steak cubes with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

Cook the steak bites:
Heat a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak bites in a single layer (work in batches if needed to avoid overcrowding).
Sear the steak bites for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness (135°F/57°C for medium-rare). Remove the steak bites to a plate and cover to keep warm.

Cook the eggs:
In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add the butter, letting it melt and coat the pan.

Cook the eggs for 3-4 minutes until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny (or cook longer for firmer yolks).

Combine and serve:
Return the steak bites to the skillet, nestling them around the eggs.

Notes
