3 cups all-purpose flour 🥣

8 tbsp unsalted butter, room temp 🧈

6 large egg whites 🥚
16 Oreo cookies, chopped 🍪
1 cup white chocolate, chopped 🍫
1 cup heavy cream, divided 🥄
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened 🧀

4 Oreo cookies, finely chopped 🍪
10 tbsp unsalted butter, room temp 🧈
1 cup cream cheese, room temp 🧀
4 cups powdered sugar 🍬

1 cup pulverized Oreo cookies, divided 🍪
2/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate, chopped 🍫

Directions:
1. Bake the Cake Layers – Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease three 8-inch cake pans with parchment paper. In one bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, beat together the butter, sugar, and oil until creamy. Mix in the sour cream and vanilla. Now, alternate adding the milk and flour mixture until just combined! In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites to stiff peaks, then gently fold them into the batter along with those delicious chopped Oreos. Divide the batter among the pans and bake for 35 minutes. Once baked, let them cool completely.

2. Make the Mousse – Pour hot heavy cream over the chopped white chocolate and stir until smooth. Let it cool down. Beat the cream cheese until smooth, then mix in the cooled chocolate. Whip the remaining cream until stiff peaks form and fold in the chopped Oreos. Chill this delightful mixture.

3. Prepare the Frosting – In a bowl, beat together the butter and cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar, salt, and vanilla, beating until fluffy. Fold in 1/2 cup of the pulverized Oreos for that extra crunch!

4. Ganache Drip – Heat the heavy cream and pour it over the chopped semi-sweet chocolate. Whisk until glossy and let it cool for about 10–15 minutes.

5. Assemble the Cake – Start with the first cake layer on a plate. Pipe a frosting ring around the edge and fill the center with that heavenly mousse. Repeat this with the remaining layers. Once stacked, frost the outside of the cake and press the remaining Oreo crumbs onto the sides. Chill it all for 30 minutes. Drizzle the ganache down the edges and spread it over the top for that perfect finish.

6. Decorate – Pipe some frosting on top and finish with halved Oreos and cookie crumbs for that beautiful final touch.
