1️⃣ Grilled Fish with Green Beans & Roasted Sweet Potatoes

1 fish fillet (tilapia, cod, or mahi-mahi)
1 cup green beans
1 cup sweet potatoes (cubed)
1 tbsp olive oil, salt, pepper
🔹 Instructions:

Season fish with salt and pepper, then grill for 3-4 minutes per side.
Toss sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, and roast at 200°C (400°F) for 20 minutes.
Steam green beans for 5 minutes and serve everything together.
