Today we’re sharing the powerful story of Sara, a 54-year-old high school teacher and city council member from rural Pennsylvania. After a painful divorce and years of yo-yo dieting, Sara discovered CleanFoodCrush Clean Eating Challenge—and transformed not just her body (losing 83 lbs. and 54 inches!), but her entire relationship with food.

Meet Sara,

"Hi there! My name is Sara, a 54-year-old social studies teacher, an elected city council member from rural Pennsylvania, and now—thanks to CleanFoodCrush—someone who actually enjoys grocery shopping!

I’ve always been an avid traveler and a self-proclaimed foodie, but my life took a difficult turn during a drawn-out divorce. “I had to relearn how to live alone,” but with the support of close friends, family, and a rekindled long-distance romance, I was ready to rebuild.

I was exhausted, my joints ached, and I felt decades older than I was.
