Ingredients:

Raspberry Filling:

1 cup fresh raspberries ❀️

2 tbsp sugar 🍚

1 tsp lemon juice πŸ‹

Vanilla Cream:

1 cup heavy cream πŸ₯›

¼ cup powdered sugar 🍚

1 tsp vanilla extract 🌿

White Chocolate Drizzle:

½ cup white chocolate, melted 🍫

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C). Cut puff pastry into rectangles, sprinkle with sugar, and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden. Cool completely.

Simmer raspberries, sugar, and lemon juice until thick. Let cool.

Whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.

Slice pastry layers in half. Spread vanilla cream and raspberry filling between layers. Stack with another pastry piece.

Drizzle with melted white chocolate and serve.
