Italian Almond Ricotta Cake 🍰🌰
Delightful Italian dessert combining ricotta and almonds!
📋 Ingredients
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp almond extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
📝 Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, almond flour, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, almond extract, baking powder, and salt.
3. Mix until smooth and well combined.
4. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
6. Allow to cool before serving.
