π Whipped Kool-Aid π₯
Ingredients:
1 cup heavy whipping cream, chilled
ΒΌ cup powdered sugar
1 (0.13 oz) packet unsweetened Kool-Aid (any flavor)
Β½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chilled heavy cream, powdered sugar, Kool-Aid packet, and vanilla (if using).
Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, whip on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form, about 3β4 minutes. Be careful not to overmix.
Use immediately as a frosting, dip, or dollop over desserts. Store any leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days (best enjoyed fresh).
