HEALTHY COOKIES - NO SUGAR! NO FLOUR!
INGREDIENTS:
3 mashed bananas (ripe)
1/3 cup apple sauce
2 cups oats
1/4 cup almond milk
1/4 cup raisins or nuts
1 cup good dark chocolate chunks (Lily’s brand is my fave)
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
2. Mix the Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the mashed bananas, oats, almond butter, chopped nuts, shredded coconut (if using), chocolate chips, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until well combined.
3. Form the Cookies: Scoop about 1-2 tablespoons of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Flatten slightly with the back of a spoon or your fingers.
4. Bake: Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
5. Cool & Enjoy: Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
