β Β½ cup (120ml) sour cream
β ΒΌ cup (60ml) heavy cream

β 1 cup (150g) fresh strawberries, blended into puree
β ΒΌ cup (50g) sugar
β 1 tbsp cornstarch
β 1 tbsp lemon juice
For the Strawberry Glaze:
β Β½ cup (75g) fresh strawberries, blended
β 2 tbsp sugar
β 1 tbsp water
β Β½ tbsp cornstarch

Step 1: Make the Crust
