🍋 Refreshing Peach Lemonade 🍑
Ingredients
For the peach puree:
3–4 ripe peaches, peeled, pitted, and chopped (or 2 cups frozen peach slices)
1/4 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
1/4 cup water
For the lemonade:
1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4–6 lemons)
1/2 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
4 cups cold water
Ice cubes, for serving
Optional garnishes:
Fresh peach slices
Lemon wedges
Mint sprigs
Instructions
Make the peach puree:
In a small saucepan, combine the chopped peaches, sugar, and water.
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the peaches soften and release their juices, about 5–7 minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Blend the mixture in a blender or food processor until smooth. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve to remove any pulp, if desired. Set aside.
Prepare the lemonade:
In a large pitcher, whisk together the fresh lemon juice and sugar until the sugar dissolves.
Add the cold water and stir well to combine. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more sugar, if needed.
Assemble the peach lemonade:
To serve, fill glasses with ice cubes.
Add 2–3 tablespoons of peach puree to each glass and top with the lemonade.
Stir gently to create a marbled effect or leave layered for a visually appealing look.
Garnish with fresh peach slices, lemon wedges, or mint sprigs for an extra touch.
