Cinnamon Roll French Toast Bites
Ingredients:
1 can (12.4 oz) refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing
2 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
Maple syrup for serving
Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
Directions:
Open the can of cinnamon rolls and cut each roll into quarters.
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon.
Dip each cinnamon roll piece into the egg mixture, making sure it’s well-coated.
Heat butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Add the dipped cinnamon roll bites in batches and cook for 2–3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
Drizzle the included icing packet over warm bites.
Serve with maple syrup and a dusting of powdered sugar for extra indulgence.
