Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a 10x15-inch jelly roll pan by lining it with parchment paper and lightly greasing it with cooking spray.
2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and granulated sugar together until the mixture is light and fluffy. Stir in the vanilla extract.
3. In a separate bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
4. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the egg mixture until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
