Crockpot Mississippi Beef and Noodles 🍽️🤤

📋 Ingredients
- 2 pounds beef chuck roast, trimmed and cut into chunks
- 1 packet (1 ounce) ranch seasoning mix
- 1 packet (1 ounce) au jus gravy mix
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, sliced
📝 Instructions
1. Place the beef chunks in the crockpot.
2. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning and au jus gravy mix over the beef.
3. Place the sliced butter on top of the seasoning.
4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the beef is tender.
5. Once cooked, shred the beef with two forks and stir to combine with the juices.
6. Serve over noodles.
