Beef and Cheese Stuffed Bowtie Pasta Bake
Ingredients:
12 oz bowtie pasta (farfalle)
1 lb ground beef
1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 egg
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Sautéed spinach (for added greens)
Sliced olives (for extra texture and flavor)
Directions:
1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package directions, drain, and set aside.
2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef. Stir in marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
3. In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, egg, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Mix until smooth.
4. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
5. In a baking dish, layer the cooked pasta, beef mixture, and cheese mixture. Repeat layers, finishing with mozzarella cheese on top.
6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
7. Garnish with sautéed spinach and sliced olives before serving.
