Surf and Turf Delight
Ingredients:
For the turf: 2 filet mignon or ribeye steaks, salt and pepper to taste, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp butter.
For the surf: 8-10 large shrimp (peeled and deveined), 1 tbsp olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
For the garlic butter sauce: 3 tbsp butter, 3 garlic cloves (minced), 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped), juice of ½ lemon.
Instructions:
Season steaks with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steaks for 3-4 mins per side (or to desired doneness). Remove and let rest.
In the same skillet, add shrimp with a dash of olive oil, season with salt
