Spicy Buffalo Cauliflower Bites 🥦🌶️
A healthy alternative to wings with the same bold heat.
Ingredients:
1 head cauliflower (cut into florets)
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup water or plant-based milk
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 cup hot sauce
2 tbsp butter or vegan butter
Instructions:
Make Batter: Mix flour, water, garlic powder, and smoked paprika into a smooth batter.
Coat Cauliflower: Dip florets into the batter and place on a baking sheet.
Bake: Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 20 minutes.
Add Sauce: Toss baked florets in melted butter and hot sauce mixture. Return to the oven for another 10 minutes.
Serve: Enjoy with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
