Cowboy Cornbread Casserole

Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 can of corn
- 1 can of black beans
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1 package of cornbread mix
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and bell pepper until the beef is browned and the vegetables are softened.
3. Drain any excess fat from the skillet and stir in the corn, black beans, and diced tomatoes.
4. In a bowl, prepare the cornbread mix according to package instructions.
