Ingredients:
- 12 jumbo pasta shells
- 1 cup lump crab meat, drained
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells as directed on the package until al dente. Drain and set aside.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, chopped shrimp, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, Old Bay seasoning, lemon juice, and parsley. Stir until well blended.
4. Stuff each pasta shell with the seafood mixture and arrange them in the prepared baking dish.
5. Drizzle heavy cream over the shells, then sprinkle the remaining mozzarella on top.
6. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
