**Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- Olive Oil: 2 tbsp, divided
- Garlic 2 cloves, minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
- Heavy Cream 1/2 cup
- Parmesan Cheese 1/4 cup, grated
- Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
- Salt & Pepper To taste

**Directions:
1. Grill the Chicken – Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and 1 tbsp olive oil. Grill over medium heat for 6-8 minutes per side until fully cooked. Let rest before slicing.
2. Cook the Broccoli – Toss broccoli florets with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast at 400°F (200°C) for 15 minutes or steam until tender.
