Guacamole Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Ingredients:
2 slices of bread
2 slices of cheese (cheddar or your choice)
4 slices cooked bacon
1/4 cup guacamole
1 tablespoon butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
On the unbuttered side of one slice of bread, spread a generous amount of guacamole.
Layer the cheese and bacon on top of the guacamole, then cover with the second slice of bread, buttered side facing out.
Place the sandwich in the skillet and grill until golden brown on both sides and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Remove from the skillet, slice, and serve immediately.
